A Message From Our Pastor
Welcome to our White’s Chapel website. My name is Lee Andrea Parks and I am in my fourth year of pastoring this beautiful 185 year old church. The ancestors of this chapel were called on by God to build a church in this once vibrant farming community, and to invite people from the community in. Not only was this chapel a meeting house for the community where none had existed, but its main focus was to teach people about Jesus and make disciples to spread the gospel message of salvation through Christ.
We are still, in this year of 2024, a disciple making church. Although the landscape has changed around this very rural church, the church maintains its calm and serene feeling as you enter into its sanctuary. It provides a sense of peace in a busy world.
History can be seen throughout the church as you walk through it. The church has a continued outreach culture focused on growth of the church, as well as the community’s needs. We believe everyone has a role that they can play in the church. We are one in Christ. Everyone is welcome.
Come and be a part of adding to the history of people that have been taught and have become disciples of Jesus through His teachings. We will welcome you as a part of our Christian community of believers, and as a part of our church family.
